❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
  • If the order is cancelled before shipping.
  • If the product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • If your exchange request (in case of damage/defect) cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock.
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Exchange Instead of Refund

• For damaged or defective products, we primarily offer exchange.
• Refunds in such cases will be considered only if an exchange is not possible.
